I think I never showed teddy on the blog. I got it as a present from my brother and his girlfriend for mu birthday. Very touching gesture. Btw it is Swarovski. I never got such a fancy thing besides my engagement ring ;)

Coconut oil, oil pulling etc

Apparently coconut oil has a lot of advantages and I found out only days ago. It can be used for hair mask as well as body lotion. You can also cook with it.Actually I plan to test it tonight and make my omelette with it. We have to be careful when using oils to cook with because for example they olive oil is not so resistant to heat and once you heat it its structure changes and it becomes dangerous. Coconut oil on the other hand is very resistant to heat and can be used when cooking with high temperatures. I got mine and DM. It is bio. If I have managed to awaken your interest I suggest you give it a try. Just the other day as well I found out about oil pulling, which actually means to swish a bit of oil in your mouth. It supposedly takes how out all toxins from your body and is also whitening your teeth. I gave it once a try and I plan to stick to it for a while. I am also looking forward to replace my body lotion with coconut oil in the future. Here is the jar that I got

I always dreamt about having a masseur at work and guess what we have one now coming each week once. Today I got a back massage. Yuhuhu.

Happy Hunger Games

Oh, what a disappointment. Actually I had no expectations at all and yet I was left dissatisfied.
Lenny Kravitz played stylist with golden eyeliner but that is more meant as an 'interesting fact' than a complaint.
What I didn't like was that in the beginning everything was shaking. I could hardly focus to see something. Way too many close ups and shaky camera. Not cool.
Other than that I find the movies concept ridiculous. Maybe I ain't no sci-fi fan but the thought of sacrificing human beings for whatever purpose pisses me off.
Anyways, if you get the chance go see it but I wouldn't say it's a movie for the list '100 movies to see before you die' :-)

And the weekend continues

With a lunch out and a walk in the city. Who would stay home on a day like that? Pitty there is no sun on the balcony. Would have loved to read my book there.

Today was an eventful day. Went for a walk in a beatufil park with great view of Prague.

Healthy fats

Tonights meal is pink salmon with mushrooms baked in the magic bag. It is magic coz you don't need to add addition fat for baking. As side-dish there will be spinach salad. Bon appetite!

Time to get pampered at Yves Rocher

It has been way too long since the last face cleansing, so today I booked.
Going there after work:)
After that I will continue home with renewing my nail polish and filing my nails, removing hair and washing my hair. Long to do:) I should consider buying some face mask. So far my face care so to say is completed by a day, night cream and a face wash.

Spinach is the deal, with garlic of course. Made it finally to the gym after two weeks of traveling and being sick. Feels good to feel the muscles burn.

Then the app goodreads is for you. I started using it only yesterday but I find it very useful. You can mark your books with different statuses like read, to be read etc. You enter the books using the barcode scan and here is where I had a problem with some books which
are not on the app and other books which don't have the code but ih well;)

First awesome spring weather dedicated to visiting Karlovy vary

The city has very nice and old buildings as well as many mineral sources. Thing is we were not prepared, didn't have a cup with us and didn't buy one, so we couldn't try the water. Luckily it isn't far from Prague so we will visit again;) here is yesterday in some pics and btw Becherovka's home is Carlsbad too.

Night walk in beautiful Prague

Today was such a nice spring weather so we went for a walk. We saw the wax heart made in memory of Vaclav Havel as well as the astronomical clock, a real local tourist I'm!

3 days in Frankfurt

For me going to Frankfurt is always connected with going to the shops. Not that I'm a great shopper but I can't really imagine to do sightseeing by myself and shopping feela like a more social activity. This time the only thing I bought was a cardigan. The shops were full with ballerinas but I can't be wearing any now and that´s why I didn't feel like getting any. The flat I stayed at was great this time. 200 metres to subway, the street was a lively one with many shops. Liked it much more than the previous. Here are slme pics from the trip

Going away for three days so took with me limited resources... I'm not so sure my shoe choice was a wise one considering the security checks but whatever..

Friday oh yeah;)

Was looking forward to a small road trip somewhere around Prague this Saturday but I don't feel that great. Hopefully tomorrow I wake up fresh as a cucumber and we go somewhere

There are days when I don't feel like doing anything and today is one of them,I think I'm getting a cold. Staying in bed and I'll be watching the Big Bang theory. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on track. Interesting fact the whole post was written by me dictating. That's a lazy way to blog, ain't it?

Deal of the year

Bought this belts (one I'm already wearing) for the amazing price of 270 crowns). Not to mention 2 of them are from leather. Now finally can wear my loose jeans without being annoyed.

Oopsie

I wonder how long my notebook will make it... It's pretty old but I've decided not to buy a new one until it doesn't die.
