Going to the dentist can be fun especially when they tell you that nothing needs to be fixed! Horray horray horrrrrray :)

Keeping it still on the health topic I am watching lately Nurse Jackie. Series about a good hearted nurse who takes drugs all the time...who cheats on her husband so she removed her wedding ring every day when she gets to work and once she forgot to remove it so in on order to keep it a secret from her boyfriend at work she asked to have her ring cut and then smashed her finger with a hammer. I am giving you ideas ;-)
Joking of course.

They have in several cities around Czech Republic and one of the gyms in Brno is like few min away from my flat. If this is not a good enough reason to be regular at the gym than I really don't know.
I have a bit of personal dilemma as last time I was going regularly to the gym was with a PT and he was promoting free weightlifting. At this ladies gym of course there are only machines and everything is purple but what the hell...obviously I am not doing anything so I think this can be a good start:)
Off for now to see another Nurse Jackie... to see if she will overdose?
