Swarowski and a broken ring

I bought this awesome Swarowski ring with a lady bug...and one beautiful day its wing fell off:( You can imagine my disappointment. I had thrown the bill for the ring and I was wondering if they will do something for me at the shop. I went to Palladium, they filled out a paper and asked me for the bill. I said I don't have it anymore but I could show them from my internet banking the amount I had paid. Now in 30 days I have to call and check what will happen.
