E : notice the every day events, notice sunset, notice the flowers, recognize when things go
right, celebrate
A: acts of kindness, create positive events for people
T:turn it around, take the negative things and learn from them, reframe this experience and out a silver lining
H:honor your own strengths, make a list of the things you are good at and read it daily
E:end each day with gratitude, go through a list of things you are most thankful for, positive accounting at the end of the day
