Cooking experiment

I try to eat healthy and to ensure it happens I bring food from home. Most of the time it is something simple as omelet or salad cos honestly I can't imagine spending long times in front of the stove but nevertheless preparing a dinner and lunch for the next day gets quite exhausting on the long run. I should be cooking bigger portions which will last for 2,3 meals. I was checking recipes yesterday and I found one for frittata which is basically eggs and whatever veggies you have in the fridge. I put in mine ham, zucchini, mozzarella, mushrooms, frozen spinach and of course salt and pepper. Here is the result:

Benefit is that I will have 3,4 meals from it and hopefully it tastes good.
